via this website (hereinafter the "Offer").

The legal principles bases of data protection are found in the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG).

Establishment of contact

At the time contact with the provider is established (by means of the contact form or email for example) the user's details will be stored for the purpose of processing the query as well as to respond to any follow-up questions that may arise.

Integration of third-party services and content

It is possible that third-party content, such as YouTube videos, Google Maps content, RSS feeds or graphics, may be integrated into this online site. This shall always be conditional on the relevant content provider (hereinafter "Third-party Provider") recognising the user's IP address, because without the IP address they are unable to send the content to the browser of the relevant user. The IP address is therefore required in order to display such content. We make every effort to only use that content whereby the providers in question only use the IP address for the purpose of delivering the content. However, we have no influence over Third-party Providers who store the IP addresses for statistical purposes. We shall inform users of this fact if we have knowledge of it.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that enable information to be stored on the user's access device (PC, smartphone or such like) which specifically concerns that device. They help improve the user-friendliness of the web pages and therefore the utility to the user (e.g. storage of log-in data). Secondly, they enable the statistical data of the website utilisation to be recorded, and they can be analysed in order to improve the online service. Users can manage the use of cookies. Most browsers allow users to restrict or prevent the storage of cookies. However, it should be noted that the use of the website and its ease-of-use in particular may be restricted if cookies are excluded.

Google Analytics

This website employs Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics employs cookies, i.e. text files stored on the user's computer and which enable an analysis to be made of their use of this website. The information generated by each cookie  detailing the user's website use is generally relayed to one of Google's server in the USA where it will be stored.

When the IP anonymisation tool is activated on this website, Google will truncate the IP address within the Member States of the European Union and within those signatory States to the Treaty on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be communicated to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. The IP anonymisation is active on this website. Acting on behalf of the operator of this  website, Google shall use this information to analyse users' use of the website in order to compile reports about users’ website activities and to provide the operator with other services connected with website use and internet use.

The IP address relayed by your browser within the Google Analytics process will not be linked to any other data owned by Google. The user can block the installation of cookies by adjusting the browser software accordingly. However this website informs the user that by doing so you may be prevented from using the full range of this website's functions. The user can also prevent data  generated by the cookie and information concerning your use of this website (incl. your IP address) from being communicated to and processed by Google, by downloading and installing a browser plug-in available through the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
