OPALFILM® AS A1
Invisible protection through modern film technology: OPALFILM® Security film AS A1 has been specially developed for the retrofitting of glass surfaces in buildings.
By coating existing glass surfaces with OPALFILM® safety film AS A1, the risk of smash and grab burglary, vandalism, thrown objects and sabotage, as well as other external attacks, is reduced.
In case of a glass breakage OPALFILM® security film AS A1 holds the glass in the frame and thus minimizes the danger of flying glass splinters.
The 400µ thick film has been classified by the Materials Testing Office of North Rhine Westphalia to the Resistance Class EN 356-P2A as hampering penetration by thrown-objects.
The scratch resistant surface enables effortless cleaning of the window panes.
